Canoe Camping Trip to Peace River
September 27th, 2009
This weekend I let go of technology (except of course my camera!) and went on a Canoe and Camping trip to Peace River.
What a fantastic way to spend the weekend.

What a fantastic way to spend the weekend.
This Sunday was an early morning! Three budding models and I spent the morning in South Pointe Park in South Beach Florida. Most of the morning was spent with Emilie, with Hayley and Michi joining midway through the shoot.
More Photos of Emilie and Michi, and a few of Hayley after the jump
I’m trying something new with this wedding. I’d love your feedback; just leave a comment.
Willy Cleary, a band in Northeast Ohio asked me to shoot an album cover for them. I’m happy to admit this put me a bit out of my element, but it was a good group of guys and so we got together near Akron Ohio for a early evening mini-shoot.
Before working more on TJ and Jess’ wedding I took a break to work up some images I took after the wedding. These images are from a beautiful graveyard located next to Hale Farm and Village.
I’m hard at work preparing the photos for the recent wedding of TJ and Jess. However, I am so in love with their Bride and Groom formal portraits that I had to share them first!
The wedding took place at Hale Farm and Village, a historic reenactment village and a still-functioning farm. The bride choose this location because for a time in her life she worked as a butter-churner at the farm.
Flying to Ohio for the weekend Maria, Austin, myself, and Maria’s brother Nick visited several locations in and around their home town of Hudson, Ohio.
Many thanks to Nick who served as an excellent assistant, and much less expensive for everyone than flying an assistant with me from Miami.
This weekend in Ohio was bustling with photography. Originally planned just for the wedding of TJ and Jess (photos of that fantastic wedding coming soon) the weekend grew to involve an engagement portrait session, a shoot at midnight in a foggy graveyard, and a shoot for a rock-and-roll band.
After the jump are a selection from the engagement portraits of John and Katie.
I planned on completing my bodyscape collection selection after my Bodyscape Social Selection post. However, new ideas for bodyscapes kept coming to mind, so I decided on two more shoots to help round out the collection. This is the first of those two shoots.
